I understand that Energy Healing and/or Coaching can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. The above named client shall indemnify and hold harmless Good Vibe Strategies LLC and all employees from and against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs) which arise out of, relate to or result from any act or omission of by either parties according to all laws in the state of Florida. Confidentiality We hold your privacy information very seriously and all information about the coach/client relationship will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where bound by a duty to report. Should you wish for your coach to speak with anyone outside of your coach/client interactions, we will only do so upon your expressed consent. It is also important to note that, in some situations, it is important to be aware of the use of technology, as there may be a risk in using certain media such as the internet, mobile phones and cordless phones. If you use these to communicate with me, then I will assume that it is appropriate to continue to do so in my interactions with you. Calls are not to be recorded without the consent of the Good Vibe Strategies coach. For your safety, we do employ surveillance methods at our facilities (security cameras) and may record coaching conversations to ensure quality control among the staff at Good Vibe Strategies. Non-specific information about the sessions may be shared for the sake of general education, publication or training purposes. No one’s name, or specific details will be shared ever. We also ask that the client not share any personal information that any employee/coach of Good Vibe Strategies shares with them of their own personal lives. We do share ourselves as examples to our clients and are very vulnerable. We do expect that what we share stays between the two parties and goes no where else. It is our vow to confidentiality on all parties that allows us to maintain the safe space for healing and growth. If the client violates the confidentiality of any coach or Employee of Good Vibe Strategies by sharing private and confidential information gained by the coaching/employee relationship, they can and will be held responsible for any compensatory and punitive damages and will be responsible for all legal fees used to mitigate this situation. This will be litigated in the State of Florida under Florida Law. Please do not betray our trust as we will never do that to you and we all stay good vibes. Intellectual Property Rights Good Vibe Strategies retains all ownership rights to the materials provided during your participation in the Program. The copyrighted and original materials you are provided are for your individual use only and with a single-user license. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from me electronically or otherwise without my prior written consent. All intellectual property, including the copyrighted Program materials, shall remain the sole property of Good Vibe Strategies, and no license to sell or distribute our materials is granted or implied. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of the Program, including any of the Program materials. Fees, Payment and scheduling I give Good Vibe Strategies permission to bill my debit or credit card given to them for the agreed upon terms of the session (s) All sessions are non-refundable and fees must be paid before the session starts otherwise Good Vibe Strategies will cancel the session. All invidual appointments may be cancelled or changed provided that a 24 hour notice has been given. If less that 24 hours is given for a cancellation, the full fee for that session may be assessed. All long-term coaching packages require a 2 month notice for the termination of our services. I am a Good Vibe and have read and agreed to all terms and conditions :)
